Facilities & House Rules

• Time

                   Check In 2 pm.  Check Out 12.00 Noon.                                                                                                         

                   Early Check In before 11am. or Late Check Out after 3pm. will be charged at 25% of your room rate and subject to room available.

• Keycard

                   Please, return the keycard when you check out. Any loss or damage to the keycard will be charged 500 THB.

• Food and Drink

·      Breakfast will be served from 8.00-10.00 am. Please, present your breakfast ticket to our staff.

·      Consumption of food and beverage is allowed only in the pantry area. Only drinking water can be brought into your capsule.

·      Alcohol consumption is allowed only in specified areas.

·      We provide refrigerator to maintain your food. Please, contact our staff.

• Visitor

       Only a person registered can use the accommodation and in house facilities. Visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms, please stay           in the lobby area for socializing and meeting.

• Respectful

·      Keep the common areas in a clean and tidy condition before leaving the area.

·      Inappropriate clothing such as swimsuits, bathrobes and underwear are prohibited in public areas.

·      Inappropriate behavior, including any violence towards people and property will be considered grounds for immediate eviction

       and will also be prosecuted according to the law.

·      Sexual intercourse is not permitted in the capsule and public area.

·      Please, keep noise down when returning after 10PM or leaving before 8AM.

• Mobile

       Please, turn your mobile phone to silent mode while staying in the capsule area.

• Television

       Watching the television in the capsule are strictly required to connect the audio to your headset to avoid disturbing other guests.

• Bed

       Your bedsheet and towel will be changed after a minimum of 3 nights or until check out please contact our staff for service.

                  For extra towel is available with charge 50 THB / Piece.

• Bathroom

       Please, do not take too long, there are other guests that may also need to use the bathroom as well.

• Belongings

       For your convenience and safety we have provide personal lockers located in your capsule area. We are not responsible for any                     damages or losses to your personal belongings.

• Shoes

       Please, wear our slippers while staying in the capsule areas and bathroom. All your shoes should be kept in your personal locker.

• Damage

       Guest will be expected to reimburse to the property for any damages caused by inappropriate behavior during stay.

• Smoking

       Smoking is not allowed in the building. There is smoking area provided outside.

• Pet

       Animals of any kind are not allowed in the property.

• Laundry

       Launderette is provided on the ground floor, please contact our staff for coin exchange / detergent and softener purchasing etc.

• Ring the Bell

       Our gate will be closed at 11.00 pm. and will re- open at 6.00 am. Please, ring the bell if you have arrived late, our staff will attend

       to you shortly.
